Return and Refund Policy for K&G Industries

At K&G Industries, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please carefully review our return and refund policy to understand the terms and conditions applicable to your purchases.

  1. Return and Refund Eligibility:

    • Within 7 Days of Delivery:
      If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, you may return it for a full replacement with a new product. To initiate a return, the customer must notify K&G Industries within 7 days from the delivery date with supporting evidence of the defect (such as photographs or descriptions).

    • After 7 Days of Delivery:
      No returns or refunds will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery, irrespective of the reason. After this period, customers are deemed to have accepted the product in its delivered condition.

  2. Condition of Returned Products:
    The product must be returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, with original packaging and tags) for eligibility of replacement. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or replacement.

  3. Non-Defective Products:
    No returns or refunds will be processed for non-defective products or if the customer changes their mind after the order has been placed. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing product details before making a purchase.

  4. Refund Process:

    • If a return is approved due to a defect or damage, a replacement product will be issued to the customer.
    • In the case where a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider.
    • All cost for refund will be paid by the customer itself.
  5. Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the product is defective or damaged: K&G Industries will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the product is non-defective: The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
  6. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Contact K&G Industries’ customer service team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or replacement request.
    • Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and relevant photos if the product is defective or damaged.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process.
  7. Exemptions to the Return Policy:

    • Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
    • Products that have been tampered with, altered, or used inappropriately may not be eligible for return.
  8. Customer Acknowledgment:
    By purchasing from K&G Industries, the customer agrees to the above return and refund terms. Any disputes regarding returns or refunds will be resolved at the discretion of K&G Industries.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

  1. Shipping Method:
    All shipments will be made through transport services only, and delivery will be made to the transport godown (warehouse/terminal) specified by the customer.

  2. Payment Terms:
    The shipment is on a “To Pay” basis, meaning the customer is responsible for all transport charges. Payment for the transport charges must be made at the time of pickup or delivery.

  3. Responsibility for Charges:
    The customer must cover the entire cost of transportation, including but not limited to freight charges, handling fees, and any other costs incurred during the shipping process.

  4. Pickup/Delivery Location:
    The customer must ensure that the transport godown or delivery point is ready to receive the goods at the time of shipment arrival.

  5. No Liability for Delays:
    The seller shall not be held responsible for any delays or damages during transit. Any claims for damages or delays should be directed to the transport service provider.

  6. Customs, Taxes, and Duties:
    The customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import/export fees, if any, associated with the shipment.

  7. Risk of Loss:
    Risk of loss or damage to goods is transferred to the customer once the goods are handed over to the transport company.

  8. Acknowledgment:
    By accepting the shipment, the customer acknowledges these terms and agrees to the responsibility for all associated charges.
